Care Instructions

Only wash silicone beads with warm water and mild soap, lay flat to dry.  All other beads and hardware should not be submerged in water.  Discontinue use if any wear and tear occur.  All items require constant adult supervision, do not use any of our products if you are not able to provide constant and adequate supervision.  The Buyer/Recipient assumes all responsibility for the use, safety, and care of the product. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
